The HEATED pool at the YMCA will be open to divers from 8:30 am till 11:00 am this Saturday. Join us and tryout your equipment before the dive year gets into full swing.

We will be taking a group of divers to Pensacola, Fl March 19th-21st for a ERDi Publis Safety Diver workshop.  Cost is $40 per person for the workshop.  We hope to make a dive on the Might “O” while we are there.  The Might “O” is one of our favorite dives.  If your are interested in going along let me know.  You can never tell what type of weather we may get in March.

Open Water Scuba Classes start Feb 13th (classroom) at Waterdog Scuba Dive Shop in Hazlehurst.  Pool session will be held Feb 20th from 8am till 5pm at the YMCA of Waycross.  Classes are $325 and include tanks, bcd, regulator, air and pool rental.  Students must provide mask, fins and snorkels.  All students receive a 10% on all new equipment purchased from Waterdog Scuba.
