UPDATE for May 5-6 Florida Springs Trip. We will leave the shop in Hazlehurst at 7am. We should arrive at I-75 & US129 Jasper/Live Oak exit in Florida around 9-9:30am. We will travel south on I-75 and should be around Lake City around 10-10:30. We will stop in Williston Fla and eat lunch at McDonalds before going to Blue Grotto. After the Saturday dive we will travel north to Live Oak where I suggest you get a room at I-10 & US 129. There are 3-4 motels at this exit. Sunday morning we will meet at McDonalds at I-10 & US 129 around 8am for breakfast and pullout at 8:30 and head toward Troy Springs State Park. We should be finished diving around noon on Saturday. Bring a light lunch and snack for Sunday. You can call me Saturday morning as we travel and meet us along the way. 912-253-4354.

Dive the Cooper River- We will be diving with Mark Johnson of www.divethecooper.com on June 23rd and 24th. This will be a 2 tank dive trip both days. We will leave the dive shop 8am Saturday morning and driving to Monks Corner, SC were we will make an early afternoon dive. We will enjoy a South Carolina style Low Country Boil that night and enjoy time around the private pool. The next morning Mark will provide breakfast before we hit the water again.

Troy Springs State Park has reopened to divers and we plan to hit the water this Saturday March 31st. If you need to finish your checkouts, brush up on your skills before the dive season kicks into high gear or just want to get wet, you are welcome to join in on the fun. We will meet at our usual place, I-75 & US 129 near Jasper, FL around 9am to get lunch supplies and car pool. We should be at the springs around 10:30. Contact us via Facebook, or waterdogscuba@bellosuth.net if you plan to go and need equipment & tanks. Remember to pay at the gate, $5.00 per car.

We will be heading out with Offshore Dive Charters out of Jacksonville this Saturday for an end of the year fishing and lobster trip. Water temp is 72 degrees and viz should be around 30′- 40′. We are going to be making a trip to Monks Corner, SC Oct 29th to dive with Dive the Cooper. We will stay in Monks Corner, SC Friday night.
